About Us
Established in 2009, Captain Paul's Firehouse Dogs is a family owned and operated business located on Princeton Pike in Lawrenceville, NJ.
After operating Gelato's Italian Ice for a year, owner's Paul & Janice Tweedly decided to expand operations and incorporate a hot dog business.
Captain Paul's uses Hatfield hot dogs and Old Tyme HD rolls that are steamed and served fresh daily.
Ice cream and Italian ice are also available. Our choices include custard, various hard ice cream flavors, homemade Italian ice, smoothies, milkshakes, sundaes, and gelati's.
