Captain Paul’s Firehouse Dogs is a family-owned and operated business in Mercer County. It was established in 2009 when owner, Paul Tweedly, retired from the Trenton, N.J. Fire Department as a Captain after 26 years of service. It is a business “Dedicated to the men and women associated with emergency services, the military and their families and for all those who volunteer to help others”. The Maltese cross in the center of the awning is a reminder of those firemen (343) who lost their lives on 9/11.
